UEA Commits to New IMM Exhibit

Posted on November 16th, 2018

The Vincennes Urban Enterprise Association has pledged their support for a new exhibit at the Indiana Military Museum.

At their meeting this week, the UEA heard from Museum Curator Jim Osborne, who requested support for a new exhibit.

The exhibit will depict scenes from World War I up to modern day. At their meeting, the UEA agreed to commit $25,000 to the Vietnam War exhibit.

Osborne hopes to have the exhibit open sometime next year.

With their future commitments, UEA Director Dan Ravellette says they will have to be much more selective of projects they choose to give money to in the future.

In other news, the UEA continues to eye expanding their boundaries. Doing so would open the UEA up to supporting more projects, and also open the possibility of them bringing in more funds in the future.
